What courses are on offer?
We currently offer 3 different apprenticeship programmes, all of which are via Recruitment Juice, who have a range of specialist experience within the recruitment industry.
The 3 programmes currently on offer are:
Sales Development Programme
You will join the company as a Junior Sales Associate, working within the sales environment. This role is all about learning the ways of sales, including the ways of HRGO Recruitment, its products, market, customers and sales planning, lead generation and more! You’ll be completing the Sales Development Programme while earning a salary and a competitive variable sales commission based on your success. You’ll be on the job learning while gaining a sales development qualification! This apprenticeship standard has been set at level 4. There are nine levels of qualification in England and level 4 is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree, or a Higher National Certificate (HNC.)
Recruitment Development Programme
You will join the company as a Junior Recruitment Associate, working within the recruitment environment. As a Junior Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities all while completing a fully funded apprenticeship. You’ll be on the job learning while gaining a Level 3 Cert in Principles of Recruitment Practice and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment.
Business Administration Development Programme
You will join the company as a Junior Business Associate, working within our head office functions. As our Junior Business Associate, you will assist in our head office functions, including Customer Success and Payroll. You will ensure a smooth, reliable and helpful journey for all candidates wishing to engage with HRGO Recruitment. You will provide our candidates with first line support from helping them with their HRGO registration right through to when they are in a role and have a payroll or holiday query as well as carrying out online Right to Work checks.
You will work alongside technical experts who are building our online services and recruitment specialists to help people find jobs. This role will provide you with excellent experience of working as part of a team, customer service, understanding digital systems and processes and the recruitment sector.
